"Repeat prescriptions "

After using my rescue pack medication I requested another

Policy dictates that someone with my condition should have a rescue pack available at all times

I did not say it was urgent just that it was needed

The gp who issued the prescription stated that it had only been sent as it was an urgent request…. Not true

They then deleted the items from my repeat prescription essentially cutting me off from any support

And not only rescue pack medication but other items as well which are not rescue pack medication

They stated that my consultant had requested I be seen ….this was a msg 3 weeks old and in the interim I had had an appointment at the hospital

Is it protocol to go against policy ?

Also it is very difficult to get an on the day appointment as suggested
