"Poor system for appointments /. Rude reception…"

Tried desperately to make an appointment for a on going medical condition, struggled with new online system so I rang the surgery to be told they don’t book appointments anymore and to go online, an hour later still struggling rang back to be told I can only book an appointment between the hours of 8am and 3.15pm explained I work and can’t book an appointment between these hours. Was advised to go to a walk in centre, all I wanted to do was see a GP. I asked does this new system mean I will never be able to book an appointment to see a GP and the Reception manager was extremely rude.
