"Health visiting support team led sessions"

About: Forth Valley Community Services / Health visiting

(as a service user),

I recently completed a block of baby massage classes run by the Health Visiting Support Team at NHS Forth Valley. During these sessions, I learned a range of useful massage techniques to use with my baby. It was such a lovely experience that helped me feel more confident in soothing and bonding with my baby. I also really enjoyed meeting and chatting with other mums each week, which made me feel supported and less alone during this stage of motherhood.

Dear melonwx94

Thank you so much for such positive feedback I will definitely pass it on to our Health Visitor Family Support Team. I am so pleased to hear that you enjoyed the baby massage with your baby and that you got to meet other mums. It is so important to meet other parents in these groups which allows friendships to be developed. I hope you go on to enjoy some of our other groups as your wee one grows.

Kind regards
