(as a relative),

The care my mum received was exceptional and very personable. The staff were so caring and friendly and made my mum and us feel very special.

Firstly, we would like to offer our condolences to you delphinusfq68 and your family on your recent bereavement. Many thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback on the care your mum and your family received from the palliative care team. It means a lot to the team and I to receive such positive feedback, knowing that we can make a difference for a family and their loved one's during this very emotive time.
