"Such professional and caring staff"

My wife and I attended Perth ED last month with our 7 month old baby. We had been advised by 111 to attend A&E to get her reviewed urgently.

We attended reception and within a few minutes we were seen by the triage nurse Debbie. She couldn't have been more supportive and professional. She did some observations and referred us through to see one of the ED doctors. Debbie was calm and comforting the whole way through making us feel more at ease and safe.

This was a very stressful time for us and we were so grateful to be seen by such professional and caring staff. Thank you!
