My husband had a cancer area removed on his cheek. The care he received was second to none. The results were outstanding even although he had 20 stitches you would never know, the care and thought by the surgeon in the way she was going to perform the operation gave him the best outcome.

During his final check up another area was noticed on his other cheek, again this has been dealt with swiftly fortunately by the same surgeon. All the theatre and nursing staff were so friendly and showed an enormous amount of empathy with both of us. It makes me angry when some people criticise the NHS we have only experienced the best of care.
