dear belmont health centre,

i would like thank the multi-disciplinary team of staff for the outstanding care they provided to my mother, from the moment we walked in we were treated with compassion and genuine concern. the level of professionalism, cultural sensitivity and empathy that was shown by the entire team was truly exceptional.

staff took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly and approach every concern with patience. it was evident that they truly cared not just about my mother’s mental and physical health but about her as a person. what could have been a stressful experience was instead one of comfort and reassurance, we felt respected and valued every step of the way.
