I wanted to say a huge thank you to my GP who was so kind and compassionate with my recent coil removal and re-fitting (I wish I could say your name!). I was very nervous but she put my mind at ease and talked me through the procedure step by step. Despite a coil fitting being invasive and unpleasant, her kind nature made the whole process so much easier. Thank you so much.
