"Staff have gone out of their way to help and reassure me"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Stroke Care (Ward 3 Ramone)

(as the patient),

I was admitted to Daisy Hill initially, but after numerous tests and scans, the doctors were able to tell me I had suffered a stroke. I felt shocked at my diagnosis, because initially the doctors thought perhaps it has been a seizure. I was then transferred to Craigavon Hospitals Stroke unit for further investigations as to what had caused my Stroke.

When I arrived I was given a bed straight away and the care I have been given is second to none. I was treated with kindness, respect, and with the upmost care. I have felt that all the staff have gone out of their way to help and reassure me. Thankyou Guys for all your care you have given me 😊
