"Care received"

I Saw Miss Harper and her team, and a nurse called Ruth at the Lincoln colposcopy unit.

They all made me feel welcome, whole team put me at ease throughout, reception friendly, relaxed environment, making a stressful experience  not so stressful after all!

They explained everything, more details explained as well because I was a nurse which was more reassuring as I understood the terminology and process behind what they were looking for.

Also great to know that my investigation will help others with training and development in the future ( I gave my full consent, with no identifying details, for them to take a photo of my cervix to and use in training others as needed).
