I have been to this hospital twice now since my accident. First time was a bad experience for me. i was in a ward on the 10th floor. And my experience was very upsetting ring the buzzer for the nurses help, and would take anything up to 30/40 mins at a time for them to come see to you.
But since ive been in my second time. this time ward 1c. The nurses, auxiliary staff, and domestic staff have been absolutely wonderful with me. Always asked if i need anything. And popping in to see if they could do anything for me. John and Rachel(nurses) made me laugh great patient qualities they have. And auxiliary staff sammi especially helped put a smile on my face. Shes a credit to the ward. And domestics were very efficient. room was kept tidy and clean for me. And were very pleasant to talk to. At this rate the staff made me feel so welcome. So much so, im in no rush to go home😂👌🏻. Ward 1C should be so proud of themselves. What a team they are👌🏻.
