The appointment couldn't have gone any better. Nobody wants to have to go to the doctors. Some (like me) even get extremely stressed about going, but the doctor we saw today was brilliant at calming my nerves. So patient, friendly, and reassuring. At no point did the appointment feel rushed. He took the time to explain everything to both me and my daughter. Thank you for making an anxious Mum and poorly daughter feel better!
