One of the procedures that always makes one nervous.

I was pleasantly greeted, taken though the paper work and everything well explained.

Everyone I have met since I walked in the Hospital door has been polite and happy to help.

I feel very well taken care of and it helped me get over my nervousness and feel comfortable.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us on Care Opinion regarding your experience of the Endoscopy service. I can understand that this process would make you nervous but I am glad that during your time at St Johns you were met with people who were happy to help you and explain the procedure.
