About: Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre / radiology

(as a relative),

Our Consultant at Beatson oncology had reported concern that part of my husbands Ct scan report had been cut and pasted from a previous report and contradicts first part of report.

We are very distressed by this and cannot clarify it. Consultant in clinic and will follow up when she can. 

It was approaching a weekend and this is caused unnecessary anxiety for us.

No one was available in complaints department to raise this with.

Thank you for sharing your concerns following your husband’s recent CT scan report and the experience at the Beatson Oncology clinic. I’m very sorry to hear about the distress this situation has caused you both.
