"My vaccination"

About: Central Vaccination Service - Perth & Kinross

(as the patient),

I attended the vaccination centre in Perth to receive my shingles booster.

I was a bit worried about arriving 15 minutes early, but the gentleman on reception was very cheery and friendly and told me that was no problem at all. He directed me to a seat and said there would be a short wait.

In fact, I was seen almost immediately, and taken through to the vaccination booth. The nurse was again very cheerful and friendly, and carefully checked my details and explained all about the vaccination.

The injection was quick and painless, and that was it!

I had been feeling a bit nervous on arrival, but the lovely staff put me at ease and everything was fine.
