Doctor requested blood test. I booked this -2 weeks for 1st available apt.
1st appt. Of the day running 20 mins late, then the nurse couldn’t do the test as doctor hadn’t entered reason for the test.
Lots of wasted time (incl mine) and unnecessary expense for NHS.
Reception staff very helpful as usual. They asked the Doctor. Not sure why nurse couldn’t have done this.
