"We always feel heard and seen"

I want to say thank you to the whole team. Since my mum's diagnosis your team have been endlessly helpful, supportive and a source of advice and reassurance.

The team is very accessible, when I call I am put straight through. when appointments clash you are accommodated and if they say they will get back to me they always do. Individually these are small things but collectively they make a very difficult situation more manageable.

When the team visit they are kind and patient. I always feel they have the time to chat with mum, reassure dad who is caring for her as well as discuss options and next steps with me. We never feel rushed and always heard and seen.

Our family cannot thank you enough.
