Had an mri done, took months to get results and when they came the radiologist failed to include in the report whether a tumour was found or not (which i was referred for) and failed to provide detailed report which caused delay in treatment, leaving me in pain and forcing me to go private.
Similar situation when coming in for an endoscopy where doctor was in a hurry and running late, refused to do the test which i came in for. Told me i need to get referred again, not checking the referral and sedated me while i was trying to explain what was in the referral letter.
Staff seemed overworked and stressed, and I experienced cutting corners and not respecting patients, acting like they are the issue.
