Having injured her ankle and unable to weight bear, I look my mum to ED for assessment, she was triaged quickly and taken to Minor Injuries unit for further assessment.

Lorna ENP was amazing, kind and professional listening to all my mum's concerns and also taking the time to talk me through her possible injury.

After an X-ray which shows a possible undisplaced fracture, Lorna gave advice and a concise plan for ongoing management and follow up.
