I sustained a sulfuric acid burn at work which required minor surgery and after care, I was admitted to the RVH burns unit (2e) in belfast. From the moment I was taken in as a patient to the day I was let out I received in my opinion the best possible care and was made to feel safe and included in all check ups and inspections. The doctors and nurses were very competent and knowledgeable and answered all my questions very clearly in terminology I could understand. The nurses and care staff were very compassionate and made me feel welcome, always stopped to have a talk with me and made sure everything was OK even though they had lots of other things to be doing.
These people deserve recognition and praise and I can't thank them enough. Thank you to all the staff in RVH belfast burns unit. Im not sure if I can mention names but you girls know who you are. Thank you for a very pleasant stay and making me feel welcome and helping me with my injury
"Thank you for a very pleasant stay"
