I would like to thank all the staff in c1 for the care and support they provided to me when I was a patient when I lost my baby, especially nurse Emma, the care and compassion she provided to me during the hardest time in my life was outstanding and to the highest degree, she made me feel safe and supported, I will never forgot her kindness and support. She is a credit to the ward and I’m so grateful she was my nurse that night.

My name is Brenda O'Neill, Interim Lead Nurse for Gynae, including Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit in Northern Trust.
I would like to begin by offering condolences on the loss of your baby and thank you for taking the time to share your experience at this sad time.
I am pleased to learn that staff took the time to provide much needed compassionate care during your time at hospital. I will pass on your kind words to the staff and Emma.
