"Very diligent, pleasant and confidence giving"

I recently attended two appointments with nurse Tracey, the first for a routine health check and the second to take some blood for testing.

I would like to compliment this lady for a first class service. I found Tracey to be very diligent, pleasant and confidence giving. She made me feel at ease immediately and went to great lengths to explain what she was doing, what she hoped to find and what the possible outcomes could be.

I cannot thank her and the practice enough.
