About: Sutton Valence Group Practice

I contacted the practice online just after the late May bank holiday about a problem my elderly father has with his knee. Response is supposed to be within 2 working days. A month later i have heard nothing so i thought i would send another message except i tried to access the form at approx 2pm on 25th June to get an unavailable message! Then same thing happened on 26th June at 12.40! You randomly close the online form which is extremely frustrating and a very poor service to patients. Why can't you accept messages at least within working hours and if busy just say it'll be a little longer for a reply. Just closing the online form is not good enough and makes a total mockery of your online 'service'. How you got an outstanding rating from CQC is beyond me!
