"Great care"

I had an appointment at Roe valley Hospital antenatal clinic, where I am under consultant care and attend for scans every four weeks. The care I received was exceptional, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude. The most recent appointment was just a few weeks after the encompass system went live, and the staff were absolutely exemplary. They took their time to explain everything to me and went into great detail about their new record system, which made me feel well-informed and comfortable they even took their time and showed me how to download the new app nothing was a bother to them.

My consultant, Dr. McDonald, is incredibly caring and professional. They always take their time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring I understand every aspect of my care. During my visits, the atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, which helps to ease any anxieties I might have. I felt so comfortable in their care, and I am truly grateful to the staff, especially Lisa, Louise, and Nikita, who were on duty that day. Their kindness and expertise made my experience exceptional. They went above and beyond, and their actions clearly demonstrated their passion for their jobs and their enjoyment of working as a team together. I feel this level of dedication is not commonly observed in the health services. It was so pleasant to witness, and a few other patients in the waiting room also commented on this. What a fantastic team, who truly are remarkable and made my experience positive in every way.

I feel fortunate to be under their care and look forward to my future visits, knowing I am in excellent hands.
