"Great Member of staff!"

I had an appointment today with a lovely woman who i’ve completely forgotten the name of.

I have really bad health anxiety and she made sure she thoroughly explained what was happening. As the topic of cancer is extremely sensitive to my family,todays appointment was extremely difficult for me. She made it super comfortable, helped me by giving me some anxiety tips and advice on anxiety induced self harm. I cannot put into words how much this woman has done for me today! You guys made me feel seen and gave me an easy stress free experience so thank you!
