Was given a next day appointment for the family planning clinic in Glengormley and received some wonderful advice and guidance from the nurse there - unfortunately I have forgotten her name, but she mentioned she was from Coleraine direction if that helps narrow her down!
I felt she really took the time to listen to me and understand my history, and talked me through a number of options and the benefits/risks of each of them to enable me to make an informed choice. I would not hesitate to recommend any female friends attend this clinic for contraceptive advice as it was such a lovely experience!

It is so nice to hear that service users feel they are being afforded the time to listen to the advice which in turn allows them to make an informed choice regarding their chosen contraceptive option.
