"A positive endoscopy appointment"

I recently attended CAH day procedure unit for endoscopy procedures. I would like to sincerely thank all staff involved in my care that day. 

From the reception staff warmly greeting me, my admission was completed by Jolene whom talked me through what to expect, the theatre staff (Louise, Anu, Sima, Smitha, Dominigue and especially Andrea) whom also talked me through each stage and kept me calm and informed throughout.

Andrea stayed at the head of the table the whole time, reassuring me, keeping me informed and calm throughout. She really was amazing.

And finally, Sinead who looked after me and took the time to listen to me during the recovery phase of my care. All team members were fantastic and a credit to their respective unit.

A special thanks to Mr Thompson and surgical team too for looking after me and keeping me safe and informed throughout too.
