About: Oakham Medical Practice

For the last two days I have tried to get a replacement sensor for my diabetic app. I had a faulty one which lasted 3 days and my replacement is faulty. I was told I had to wait until 1/7 and to contact the supplier The number given to me was wrong but I managed to find a correct one which connected to an operative in Poland. Clearly he worked from home asihadtocompete with a dog barking and noisy kids. Eventually after some considerable time he agreed a replacement would arrive within 3/4 days. I gave this information to the surgery who said a prescription would be sent to the pharmacy. This was not so I have a situation where I cannot proceed normally as I do not have the means of monitoring my blood surgers safely. One of your ladies was going to take another look at my predicament but nothing happening

I find the whole situation beyond belief and would welcome your input
