I had two appointments today and when I checked in found that one was on the second floor and then one on the first. The lovely nurse who I saw first kindly offered to do the blood test (the second appointment) as well as the injection I was seeing her for. She was very friendly and kind. As I have mobility problems I was very grateful Thank you
