I had a telephone review for an ongoing prescription. The telephone line was awful, the questions unnecessary if the reviewer had read my notes! Then I was requested to provide a blood pressure reading. If this was notified beforehand it could have been provided on the call or better still a face to face appointment to be able to facilitate this.
It’s such a tick box exercise, not really a genuine review
