About: Dementia and Older Persons Mental Health / West Memory assessment service Team

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I had become forgetful, and I wasn't aware of it at first. It was mainly the people around me who began to notice this change. I was then sent to the Memory Assessment Clinic, and I found their services to be very good and absolutely satisfactory. I am now on medication, and as a result, I am now remembering about 90% of everything. I am pleased that I went for the assessment.
