"Impossible to See Anyone"

This surgery is one of the most frustrating that I have ever dealt with. To have a chance of an appointment, the only option is a window at 8 - 8.03am to submit a request online.

The default answer with this practice is to refer to the pharmacy.

Then the chances of actually seeing someone are about 5%.

Even for my 3 year old, I submitted a request only to be referred to the pharmacy. When I was still concerned the next day, I submitted another request only to be given a phone call at 6.30pm. They then told me to go to A&E and then I had an 8 hour wait to be told he had scarlet fever.

Honestly appalling.
