"Crieff Hospital"

I was booked in for a blood test which always has me on edge. Arrived at the hospital and was instantly put at ease by the receptionist Lizzie. I was directed to the waiting area and as soon as I sat down Wendi called my name. What a superstar. She was very reassuring, talked me through what she was doing and in the blink of an eye it was over. I’m so grateful to the hospital for all it does for the area. I’ve heard many complaints about lack of reception cover but that wasn’t my experience.
