very helpful asthma nurse, very competent and professional, took peak flow, also helped with other check-ups I needed, like blood test. like most people I hate going to the doctor, as fear of wasting their time, and just like the dentist it has not always been a good experience, but with my asthma I now feel more comfortable. I needed reassurance on exercising, a little advice on diet and now use "mart" which was also suggested by recent appointment to the doctor on the monday before this appointment.
