Have previously tried to add my elderly Mum to my NHS App with no joy.
Have written to the practice asking if she could be added and didn’t hear back.
Popped into Barming Surgery and explained the situation to the receptionist (think her name was Trish) who dealt with my request quickly and efficiently. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Finally have Mum added to my account.
