I visited Addington medical Centre today.
The staff who served me was courteous, helpful and basically made me feel reassured.
In the past I've felt like the reception have a virtual brick wall up, and getting help is painstakingly awkward.
Today two staff, one who called me back after our call was lost, and one who served me at the counter, completely restored my faith in AMC. That the staff are on my side and want to make access to health care better, for the vulnerable clients I represent and support.
