"Really poor communication "

I'm still unsure who is managing my condition, me or a Dr I don't know, and have never met. Website says one thing, receptionist says another. E.g. "you can book appointments in the NHS app". But you can't. In the last 12m I've gone private 3 times instead of waiting to see someone from my GP surgery.

I visited today, there was nobody there, it was empty. Are all the DRs working from home ? It's a joke.
