"Unannounced Closure"

So, having looked on their website to check their opening times before setting out to walk to the surgery to drop some paperwork off at reception, imagine my disgust to find they closed early for 'staff training'. This should be done out of hours so-as not to inconvenience patients. At the very least, put a note on the website to save patients the inconvenience of a wasted journey. This practise gets worse and worse as time goes on. I have formally complained to NHS England about them before, but it has made no difference. An absolute shambles of an organisation who don't have a care in the world for their 'customers'!
