"Very rude and arrogant receptionist"

When we were speaking with the receptionist we had given all our details and then she asked again for the details which was showing she wasn’t paying attention before and that when I said we had already given the details the lady receptionist had responded very aggressively and rudely saying do you wanna give the details or do you want me to stop the call or not help you and started being very rude.It is evident that I believe she has gotten many bad reviews on google and she stills consists to work at the same place and we have been very long patients with this gp.We had let this person off on previous experiences but now I need to see some sort of action taken on this absolutely horrible women who does not know how to respect the practices patients.
