"Staff put me at ease"

About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as the patient),

Although clinic was running a little behind (can’t be helped sometimes these things happen) the receptionist was very warm and nice when I asked how long roughly and answered in a nice manner which is nice as some receptionists don’t have the time to speak to you after asking you your name. The dr I seen was amazing and informative about the coil removal. When the nurse came in she was equally as nice and both of them put me at ease. I left with additional contraception in place. Thank you to the all in centre

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.

Hi chassissz85,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your recent appointment with us here at Exeter Sexual Health. We do strive to make our patients feel as comfortable and cared for understanding, as we do, the sensitive nature of what we do here. Please accept an extra thank you from our reception team (guess what my roll is:) )

We pride ourselves on our patient lead approach, so it was so good to hear you found our clinicians kind, reassuring and accommodating as it helps us recognise that our approach is noticed and welcomed.

Again thank you for you response and I will pass your kind words onto all our team.
