"Excellent service"

The GP referred me due to concerns about confusion and forgetfulness. We wanted to check if there was anything else going on, especially considering a family history of Dementia. We found the nurse to be very pleasant and easy to talk to, which made us feel relaxed and comfortable during the appointment. Our experience with both appointments was positive; the nurse was reassuring and ensured that my mother understood his findings. Everything went smoothly, and we were grateful for the prompt scheduling of the appointment. Excellent service, thank you!
