I was referred to the Memory Assessment Clinic due to short-term memory loss. The lady I saw there was amazing—professional and excellent in her treatment, which put me at ease. She was great at her job. I felt very comfortable as she explained everything to me along the way. She maintained a friendly yet professional manner. The service I received was perfect, and she truly deserves recognition for her work. She made the entire process feel quicker, which helped the time pass. I couldn't fault the service, and she deserves a pat on the back!
