"Waste of time. "

Phone call received regarding an appointment, 4 days notice. Told over the phone the appointment could not be rescheduled with more notice without being classed as a discharged patient. Managed to get the time off work, thankfully I have understanding employers and management. Fast forward to the day of the appointment. 3 hours before the appointment I get a phone call saying the appointment is now a phone call appointment to be conducted immediately. Absolute waste of time.
