"Only allowed to speak with call handlers"

Post surgery seriously reacted to medication to take at home, called to speak with doctor (after speaking with my pharmacist who said I needed to speak to/see a doctor immediately) contacted Barkantine and call handler said would get in touch within 48 hours. Did not seem to understand the urgency of the information given by the pharmacist. I ended up in A&E

Fell and grazed area near surgical scar. Developed into deep wound possibly infected. Call handler said earliest appointment with nurse was mid July. When I queried this as being too long in view of possible infection was told they could request an earlier appointment. Left with deep, infected wound with no idea when I could be seen so back to hours in A&E yet again.

Strange behaviour as when they want something - tests then they harass you with rude letters and threats of stopping medication.

They will see you when suits them but when you need help you can be left to rot.
