About: The Manor Practice

I have contacted the Manor Practice on 3 occasions. I requested a PSA blood test, and a blood test to check my calcium levels following a course of Adcal tablets. I was advised that my request had been passed to a doctor for approval, and to phone back in a week. I phoned again and was advised that because the doctor only worked 2 days, it would take longer, but she would send him an email to treat urgenty. Again I was asked to phone back in a week. I phoned again yesterday, spoke to a gentleman who advised me that my request had Not even been looked at. He promised to speak to another doctor, and would call me back.

I’m still waiting.In total, I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for your practice to arrange a simple task of approving a blood test. Very disappointed and annoyed.
