I attended 12 sessions of Joes physical activity class as I recovered from cancer. He runs it as physical Activity Coach on behalf of friends of the Cancer centre Belfast City Hospital.
I can highly recommend Joe for his very professional approach and also for his sympathetic personal approach to all who attended.
