I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care provided by the Health Visitor team, particularly Sarah, who has been supporting my family and our 3-month-old son since his birth.

All the health visitors we've encountered have been wonderful, offering valuable guidance and support during this new chapter. However, I wanted to specifically acknowledge Sarah for her outstanding qualities. She has consistently been incredibly friendly, smiley, and positive during her visits. Beyond her warm demeanour, she is also remarkably knowledgeable, providing us with clear, helpful information and reassurance whenever we've had questions or concerns.

Her approach has made a significant difference to our experience as new parents, and we are very grateful for her dedication and expertise. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to Sarah.
