After being referred to the Wellbeing Clinic, by the Dr, I have been waiting for feedback from that original appointment, by means of a telephone call back from Dr to explore other avenues.
However, after phoning I'm informed by Reception that I have to make a fresh appointment about the same issue, when it should have resulted in a call back by the Dr?
I feel that having to make an appointment for the same issue you saw the Dr for in the first place, which should be followed up, is a waste of resources and not to mention trying to get an appointment in the first place.
