About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Same Day Emergency Care

(as the patient),

Came recently for some ultrasounds and a staff member I saw was really rude. Didnt acknowledge me stood at their desk for a while, just blatantly ignored me and carried on whatever they were doing. Noticed they also did this with a few other patients after me. They were abrupt and short when talking to me, the tone of language aggressive. I found their telephone manner was disgusting as well.
