"Very rude behaviour of staff"

I went for an appointment and i asked for another test.i gave sample and spoke to lady already about that and then another staff(blue uniform might be nurse) came and she talked really rudely about the things that was already being told to reception lady.so i repeat the same thing to that lady as well.thing is that not just staff demands for respect patients need to be treated wid respect as well.not happy with that behaviour when it was just morning
